Aqua Soul Med Spa’s Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations and “No-shows” leave our Therapists with empty appointment times. We may have also had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that appointment time. Due to this, guests that do not honor their appointments will be charged cancellation fees. All appointment will require credit card information on file to secure booking. 

Online booking is not secured until we have a credit card on file.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

For all Registered Massage Therapy appointments cancelled with less than 48hours' notice, a missed appointment fee of 100% of the reserved RMT service amount will be charged.

Please note that we require credit card numbers for all new RMT clients in order to secure your booking.
